About Nokoua
Nokoua is the certified rental housing platform.
A safe roof.
Our name
On the shores of Lake Nokoué, between Cotonou and Porto-Novo, people built Ganvié, the “Venice of Africa”. Their ancestors settled there to find a safe roof, sheltered from danger. Nokoua carries that promise: a safe home, rented with confidence, backed by the State.
Our mission
Make renting transparent for everyone: real, verified listings, official contracts, traceable payments and tax collected at source.
Rooted in each country
Every country has its own rules. Nokoua applies local regulations, taxation, currency and payment methods, working with the relevant authorities.
